Pricing and Terms

All prices and payments are in U.S. Dollar amounts. Payments are due 30 days from receipt of invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice, and all orders are subject to final acceptance by BioMedicure at the prices that are current when orders are placed.

Large or bulk orders may be offered at a savings depending on quantity and frequency of purchase, or according to established agreements between the buyer and BioMedicure. Customers can obtain special pricing or sales quotations by contacting the Customer Service or Business Development Departments.

Shipping and Delivery

BioMedicure will generally fulfill orders on the same day they were received, if products are available, in stock and there are no operational impediments. Customers will be notified if the company experiences any delays in order shipments or if catalog items are unexpectedly backordered.

Unless otherwise specified, shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added, F.O.B. origin BioMedicure, San Diego, CA. BioMedicure will use the most economical and cost effective shipping service and will add the shipping and handling charges to the order invoice. Purchasers may request the use of a different shipping service with direct billing, in which case BioMedicure will only add the handling charges onto the order invoice.

In cases of incomplete, missing, or damaged shipments, customers must notify BioMedicure as soon as possible, preferably within five business days or less. In the case of damaged shipments, customers should retain all packaging materials and shipping labels so BioMedicure can assist customer in filing a claim with the shipping service, and to obtain possible replacement products.

Returns

Products may not be returned without prior notification and authorization from BioMedicure. Products returned without a return authorization number or reference will not be accepted by the company and will be returned to the sender. To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, please contact our Customer Service Dept.

Products sent or billed due to a BioMedicure error may be returned for an exchange, refund, or credit. Products ordered mistakenly by customers and reported to BioMedicure within 10 days may be returned for credit and subject to a 15% restocking fee per item. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Customers should contact BioMedicure's Customer Service Dept to obtain information on the correct packaging of return shipment and to obtain an RA number.

Product Warranty

BioMedicure warrants its products to be free of defect in material and workmanship. Products that fail to perform as expected and described in the product manual will be replaced free of charge. Additionally, any products that do not meet the customer's satisfaction may also be returned for an exchange, replacement, or credit based on the type of reagent or kit.

BioMedicure products are intended for research use only and are not to be used for any other purposes including, but not limited to, unauthorized commercial purposes, in vitro diagnostic purposes, ex vivo or in vivo therapeutic purposes, investigational use in foods, drugs, devices, or cosmetics of any kind, or for consumption by or use in connection with or administration or application to humans or companion animals.

Limitation of Liability

The BioMedicure satisfaction guarantee supersedes other warranties or guarantees arising by law or otherwise. BioMedicure does not warrant in addition that products are fit or saleable for a particular purpose. Under no circumstance will BioMedicure be held liable for loss, damage, expense, consequential, or accidental damage arising from the use of products described in the catalog or on the company's website. This includes damage to property, person, or premises resulting from these products. BioMedicure may be liable exclusively and restrictively to replacing proven defective products only.
